Tina Fang of the Canadian Migration Institute understands that being and entrepreneur requires a belief in yourself. As such, she’s displayed that belief all throughout her career. She marched into a job at an immigration agency in her native China and got a job in management fresh out of school. Upon immigrating to Canada, she believed she should still work in immigration despite her limited ability in English. A few years later today, she runs a thriving business that integrates other Chinese entrepreneurs into Canada, and she acts as a business bridge between the two nations.
