Kirei Yasunori was once a top martial artist and coach. Once she retired from that world, she didn’t think she’d need to worry about her health. And then she hit 50, and “began to feel like 50.” She realized then that she would need to get fit and care about her physical health. But, due to her experience in martial arts that focuses on purpose, discipline, technique, and so on, the big box gyms with dozens of TVs and loud music wasn’t conducive to getting fit. So she did some research and found a focused technique that only required 15 minutes a week. She tried it and became so convinced of the program’s merits, she built a business around it called Evolved Health.
